Returns Policy
If items purchased from Crystal Lighting Centre do not meet with your complete satisfaction they may be returned after informing the Crystal Lighting Centre in writing that this is your intention. Crystal Lighting Centre will only accept the return of unwanted goods if they are notified in writing within seven days of the date of actual delivery. On receipt of such notification a Return Authorisation Number will be issued which must be quoted on the return documentation accompanying the returned goods. Goods returned without such prior authorisation will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer.
The returned goods must be carefully packed in their original packaging, to minimise risk of damage in transit. Any damage or loss occurring during shipping is entirely at the customer's risk. It is recommended that returned goods are fully insured during transit.
Subject to the goods being received in factory condition and accompanied by documentation containing the Returns Authorisation Number, Crystal Lighting Centre will refund the original purchase price only, less a small handling charge. Return shipping and associated costs, are the customer´s responsibility.
Privacy Policy
Crystal Lighting Centre respects your privacy. When you purchase products from us we collect your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and where appropriate your credit card information. This information is used primarily to process your order and to communicate with you about your order and with third parties to the extent that is necessary solely in connection with that process.
Your contact details and a record of any transaction or transactions between us are kept on our system for record purposes. We do not publish or distribute regular newsletters or mailshots but we may occasionally communicate with selected customers advising them of new products, special offers etc. If you do not wish to receive such communications simply notify us and your details will be removed.
We do not communicate your details to third parties other than specifically in connection with the execution of you orders.
In order to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures designed to safeguard and secure all customer information collected in connection with the processing of your order.
We do not keep credit card details on our systems. These must be resubmitted in the event of subsequent orders.
